Fireworks

Fireworks remind me of Hua Ze Lei. I'm not really an F4 fan nor a boyband freak for that matter (I have passed that stage long ago) but I remember an episode of Meteor Garden where he put up a fireworks display for the angels to hear him. Or something like that.

I went to SM this afternoon and met with Rhymes, Che-An and Melissa--my coffee buddies (which later we were joined by Ogie, Engel, and Gian). We went to Balconaje, our regular hang-out in the mall. Half past eight, we decided to eat dinner at Brother's Burger. We planned to stay there to watch the one of the many (actually, its like a series) fireworks display sponsored by SM. It was actually my fifth out of the six displays that I've watched. But I thought that it would somehow be bongga because it's Christmas Day. So we patiently waited until 9:00. There was really uber dagsa the people, local people and tourists from "baba".

To cut the long story short, it was disappointing. The only thing I enjoyed about that stupid fireworks display is laughing my head off while other people kept on sayin "Ooohh", "Ahh...", and "Wow!" everytime something explodes into colorful lights in the sky. *shakes head* Its as if it was their first time to see that kind of thing.

I don't really like Hua Ze Lei, no wonder I didn't like the display much. Hehe.. +_+ New year is just around the corner, and 5 days from now we will all be inhaling fumes. And Mother Earth will once again hate Mankind for inventing such pollutive festivity.
